Unfortunately, many online trainers or coaches are not even certified by any nationally recognized institution.

Personally, I have well over 21 years of fitness industry experience, am an IFBB Pro, and have been certified by many of the top certifications available including: National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), TRX, National Council of Strength and Fitness (NCSF), USA Weightlifting, National Council of Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT), SMART Fitness, APEX, and many more continuing education courses.

One of the numerous benefits of working with Tobias Young Fitness is our ability to customize a program to fit your resources and lifestyle. Many of our clients travel frequently, have busy schedules, or simply don’t want to go to a commercial gym. While having a gym membership would give us the most versatility and variety in your program, it is not a necessary component to be able to have success and get results. I do encourage clients to at least have resistance bands, a stability ball, and some dumbbells so that we can create a highly effective resistance training regime.

Many clients of Tobias Young Fitness are frequent travelers and take vacations. We will develop full bodyweight exercise routines to use for the times that you are away. Basically, we will be there to coach and motivate you even if you are out of town regardless of your location.

I firmly believe that if you show up every day, follow the structure of the program, and put in the work then the results will be inevitable. In my experience, “money back guarantees” only serve to attract people that are not fully committed and are already looking for a way out before even getting started. If you truly want to be successful in fitness lifestyle habit and body composition changes, you will want to be “all in”.

Our goal is to have all new client programs built, loaded and reviewed within 48-72 hours after you enroll and fill out the new client profile questionnaire and par q. Occasionally, a new client has highly specific needs or conditions and that may take an additional day or two max.

Results depend on many factors including genetic disposition, physiological adaptation to the exercises, previous workout experience, total effort applied to the program, proper caloric intake and food adherence, among several other factors.

As a general example for fat loss, males can safely lose up to 1.5-2 lbs of fat per week and females 1-1.5 lbs of fat per week.
