While having a gym membership would give us the most versatility and variety in your program, it is not a necessary component to be able to have success and get results. I do encourage clients to at least have resistance bands, a stability ball, and some dumbbells so that we can create a highly effective resistance training regime.
Many clients of Tobias Young Fitness are frequent travelers and take vacations. We will develop full bodyweight exercise routines to use for the times that you are away. Basically, we will be there to coach and motivate you even if you are out of town regardless of your location.
I firmly believe that if you show up every day, follow the structure of the program, and put in the work then the results will be inevitable. Our goal is to have all new client programs built, loaded and reviewed within 48-72 hours after you enroll and fill out the new client profile questionnaire and par q. Occasionally, a new client has highly specific needs or conditions and that may take an additional day or two max.
