MEET THE FOUNDER, IFBB PRO TOBIAS YOUNG
I frequently get asked how and when I first got started working out. Well, I was first motivated to workout as a kid by watching “The Incredible Hulk” on T.V. The size and strength of the Hulk captivated me and from there I was hooked.
I first started lifting weights at the tender age of 12 when my big brother from the Big Brother’s program enrolled me on his membership. From there, I worked on developing my body and mind as it kept me away from trouble.
Growing up, I played and competed in many sports. I soon found out that working out definitely played a huge role in improving my performance. I started with soccer, then worked my way up to baseball, wrestling (team captain), boxing, jiu jitsu, Junior College football, then I found my true passion in bodybuilding.
In 2002, I competed in my first bodybuilding competition and have been competing ever since. I fulfilled one of my life long dreams in 2015 by turning IFBB Pro for men’s physique at the Master’s North Americans.
Now I get to give back, by helping other people reach their goals of building their dream bodies.

I know what it’s like to hit a brick wall with your progress, and I know what it’s like to have no sense of direction. With my programs, you will be challenged physically resulting in high end results that will break you out of a plateau and get you excited to workout again.
